We have been contacted by Christie Oh, an HLA member and PhD candidate researcher at the University of Toronto, Canada. Christine is seeking participants for a study on the information seeking and use behaviour of humanitarian logisticians during international disaster response operations.

If you have worked as a humanitarian logistician on an international disaster response operation, she is interested in learning about your experiences in the field.  Participation is voluntary and all participant information will be kept confidential.

You are eligible to participate in this project if you:

  • have worked as a humanitarian logistician during an international disaster responseoperation
  • are at least 18 years of age or older
  • are fluent in English
  • are comfortable and willing to share stories about your work and discuss the way youengage with information to complete work-related tasks.
