Workshop on Eco Supply Chains at AidEx Brussels 2019

HLA, in partnership with GEODIS, is organising a workshop/roundtable on Eco Supply Chains at AidEx Brussels 2019, on 13th November from 10.00 to 12.00pm (UTC+2).

(This workshop will be preceded by a webinar on 6th November.)

It will cover how to reduce carbon footprints/CO2 emissions in humanitarian logistics, specifically:

  • CO2 emissions sources
  • How to reduce CO2
  • Aviation Perspective evolution
  • Smart Freight Procurement Framework
  • In the Field
  • Case study: Dutch Water Authority
  • Brainstorming discussion

Presenters include Cecile Bray (GEODIS), Edith Mazoyer (GEODIS), Stuart Smith (Volga Dnepr Group), David Lampshire (Atco Frontec), Barbara Huijgen (Smart Freight Centre), and Sanne Wijnhorst (Dutch Water Authority). It will be facilitated by George Fenton (HLA).
