HLA dinner at AidEx Brussels – 13 November – 19.00-21.00

November 13, 2018 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm CET

Aidex Banner

HLA is pleased to announce its annual dinner which is on the evening before AidEx Brussels starts (13th November 2018). After feedback from last years’ attendees, we are changing the format. This year it will be a hot fork buffet, enabling you to network with other attendees, rather than being seated in one place all evening.

We have also gone for a change of venue. Mundo-b is a project created for and by NGOs: ecologically renovated premises in the centre of Brussels, with shared meeting rooms, organic catering, a natural garden and more.

Because of the venue and the format, we have been able to reduce the price this year. It’s Euros 35 per head but our website can only accept payments in $, so converted, this is $40. The meal will be a choice from two hot main courses (one vegetarian) with rice and vegetables, and a choice from two desserts. It will also include two free drinks (wine, beer, organic juices or mineral water). After that, there will be a cash bar for those that want further drinks.

We will also have a fun ‘ice breaker’ question for all attendees (with small prizes), to encourage you to meet as many new people as possible!

So, we hope our new venue, format and price will mean that as many of you and your colleagues as possible can attend!

To reserve your ticket and pay online, click below. If you can’t pay online, we can take cash on the night, but would prefer not to – for administrative and safety purposes.

Our dinner is kindly sponsored by Durbin Global and Vallis Trade Assurance Services. As one of the world’s leading specialist medical suppliers to the international humanitarian community, Durbin is able to draw on over 30 years of experience in sourcing and distributing pharmaceuticals, consumables and medical equipment. VTAS’ logistics management services are expansive, covering various areas such as stock level verification, inspecting warehouses and storage facilities, sourcing transport services, and operational management and integration.

We also have a contribution from Vestey Foods UK, a global supply chain partner specialising in the development, sourcing and delivery of a wide range of products including poultry, meat, fish and ambient food to Governments and NGOs.
