ABOUT HLA ACTIVITIES
HLA launched its website in February 2008. Currently, the website serves as a focal point for HLA activities. Website aids in communicating the advances in humanitarian logistics and connecting you to the rapidly growing humanitarian logistics community.
HLA website provides an opportunity for members to interact and share best practice and ideas, a place for individual logisticians to connect to their peers around the world.
- REGIONAL WORKSHOPS
Workshops would offer an opportunity to promote programs, educational events, access to new developments, and networking opportunities. Regional workshops would permit HLA to bring logisticians together where they work with the idea to conduct meetings around concrete ideas or issues that they are struggling with in their work.
- FUTURE ACTIVITIES
Goal is to engage beyond this group. The idea is to reach our colleagues in the field. Website will be an important tool to communicate future activities. Member engagement is essential.
